This world-renowned Academy is located right here at Burke Mountain and consistently has turned out Olympic skiers year-after-year, more than any other school in the country!. Since the school’s inception in 1970, more than 32 olympians (and counting) have come from Burke Mountain Academy!
Trails & Snowmaking
45 trails and glades on 250 acres. 30% advanced, 45% intermediate, 25% novice. 80% of our 250 acres are covered by a state-of-the-art snowmaking system, with 100% snowmaking coverage on the lower mountain.
Terrain Parks
The Gap
Located on the upper mountain, The Gap is a five acre, 1,200 foot terrain park complete with a variety of jumps and hits.
Dashney Mile Terrain Park
Located on the lower mountain, Dashney Terrain is an intermediate level terrain park with a variety of hits, jumps, rails and fun zones.
Carter Country
Located on the Carter Country J-Bar Trail, this terrain park is perfect for beginners.
